Controlled-environment cultivation
The indoor cultivation space makes it possible to observe development cycles, test substrates, monitor fruiting, document protocols and carry out small-scale production under controlled conditions.
Workshop
The SEMG workshop is dedicated to cultivation, observation, experimentation and the transmission of practical knowledge related to the fungal world.
It brings together a mycology laboratory, working equipment, controlled fruiting areas and facilities that make it possible to develop projects indoors as well as under natural conditions.
The workshop supports the Society’s activities in training, applied research, production, documentation and mediation.
The indoor cultivation space makes it possible to observe development cycles, test substrates, monitor fruiting, document protocols and carry out small-scale production under controlled conditions.
Outdoor experiments make it possible to explore wood-based cultivation, seasonal cycles, field practices and the relationships between fungi, substrates and living environments.
Functions
Test methods, compare cultivation conditions, document results and develop a rigorous practice around fungal observation, cultivation and experimentation.
Transmit gestures, protocols, observations and practical knowledge through workshops, demonstrations and activities linked to SEMG Academy.
Support small-scale mycological production connected to the Society’s training activities, public projects, demonstrations and transmission needs.
Collaborations
The workshop can support collaborations related to mycological cultivation, applied research, training, documentation and the transmission of fungal know-how.
Project holders, researchers, practitioners or partner organisations may contact the SEMG to present an idea connected to fungal practices, experimentation, learning or mediation.
