Library & archives

The library and archives form the documentary foundation of the SEMG. They bring together books, journals, images, resources, testimonies and documents related to the cultural, scientific, culinary, medicinal, technical and symbolic uses of fungi.

The Journal of Ethnomycology is the audiovisual and documentary review of the SEMG. It brings together filmed formats, interviews, short written dossiers, transcripts and complementary resources to document the relationships between fungi, societies, knowledge and environments.

SEMG Academy brings together e-learning, practical workshops and certificate programmes on a platform designed specifically for ethnomycology. Courses, resources, exercises, documents and validations are organised in a clear, fluid space adapted to specialised training.

The mycological cultivation and experimentation workshop makes it possible to observe, cultivate, test and transmit practices linked to the fungal world. It supports educational activities, demonstrations, applied research and the SEMG’s transmission projects.

Geneva Fungi Fest

Geneva Fungi Fest is a public festival dedicated to fungi, their uses, their imaginaries and their place in societies. It brings the fungal world into the city through cinema, conferences, photography, cuisine, a mycological parade, workshops and public encounters.
